We are beyond excited to welcome Simon Park, founder of Liquid Flow Yoga and one of the most influential yoga teachers of his generation, to TRIBE Yoga Base in Hamburg.
On Tuesday evening, August 26th, 6:00–7:30 pm, he will guide a 90-minute special class at our Ottensen studio, open to everyone.
Liquid Flow Yoga – The Art of Fluid Yoga blends the dynamism of Vinyasa Flow with the freedom of intuitive movement. Rooted in Ashtanga and Iyengar traditions, the practice unfolds like a timeless dance: creative, powerful, and full of lightness.
